My main focus is on relationships because I believe they determine so much of our well being. Much of what I do is help people recover from past wounds, develop healthy boundaries, become grounded in who they are, and find ways to confront betrayal, resolve conflicts, improve communication, and get unstuck from relational boredom and decline. I am committed to helping people overcome personal and relational difficulties so they can develop meaningful connections with others.
